About the Bureau of Earth Liaison

The Bureau of Earth Liaison (BEL) was established under the Developing Planetary Systems Initiative (DPSI) in order to promote and maintain interaction between the people of Earth and the wider community.

The Bureau's Extra-Planetary Affairs (EPA) department, located distally, provides and administers a variety of culturally-oriented telesthesia schemes, implemented in the form of analogues and constructs.
