PFD LAUNCHES EXCITING NEW WRITING INITIATIVES
The Books department of PFD, Europe's largest literary and talent agency, is pleased to announce the endowment of three schemes designed to foster and promote new writing in the United Kingdom.
The three schemes are at the following centres of learning:
BATH SPA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE M.A in Creative Writing
The PFD Creative Writing Prize is for the most promising novel produced each year by a current student on the MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University College (run by the novelist Richard Francis) and is worth £500.
UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA
The PFD Lifewriting Prize, set up in conjunction with newly-appointed Chair of Biographical Studies, Richard Holmes, is worth £1,500, and aims to make a valuable contribution towards the dissemination of new work in biographical writing.
UNIVERSITY OF ST.ANDREW'S M.Litt. in Creative Writing
PFD is funding SCORES, the annual anthology of student work from Douglas Dunn's M.Litt. course in Creative Writing.
