Kate Courtenay is a highly experienced presenter, producer, writer and researcher, most recently with TCM (Turner Classic Movies), writing and hosting a series of half-hour interview shows. Previously, Kate was an Entertainment Correspondent for CNN International and is an accomplished voice artist for documentary and commercials, including campaigns for Ford, Virgin, The Times and DVLA. Since 2004, Kate has worked with a burgeoning teacher training charity in West Africa, dealing with issues around HIV and Aids. She has also been involved with The Street Children Foundation in Ghana, as well as holding a reading club for younger children there. In April 2006, Kate presented a TV series working alongside Unicef, helping to launch their ‘Unite Against Aids’ campaign with ambassadors Sir Roger Moore, Lord Puttnam, Susan Sarandon and Vanessa Redgrave. And in May 2006, she was Runner-Up for The Outstanding Contributor Award for her charity work, at the GPA Awards in London. Kate currently contributes to GQ Magazine and is busy writing books. She is also a qualified Life Coach.
