| Mellie is a talented and versatile children's/family TV consultant, producer, script writer and editor. Together with her partner, Jan Page, they have set up Adastra Creative, which is currently producing its first TV commission for the BBC, GRANDPA IN MY POCKET, a major new CBeebies commission. Mellie script edited Tiger Aspects award winning animation adaptation of Lauren Child's Charlie and Lola books for the BBC and Disney channel. The show ran C4's popular pre-school series THE HOOBS, and has written extensively over the years for all the leading kids entertainment companies including HIT, Jim Henson, Granada etc. She is currently also working on a major new POSTMAN PAT TV spin-off series for Entertainment Rights. |
