Conor McDermottroe (Writer/Director/Producer)


Conor has worked in a variety of theatre, film and television roles. He started at the Irish Theatre Company as an ASM, then worked at The Abbey, The Gate and The Royal National Theatre as an actor. He spent 10 years in Australia, appearing in award-winning TV and film productions. On his return to Ireland he worked with the Druid Theatre Company and returned to The Abbey Theatre Dublin for three years. His many TV and film roles include PURE MULE, THE MATCHMAKER and INTERMISSION.

He is a talented writer and director; his short films have been appreciated all over the world, and he has several projects in development.
