| Andrew has written for a range of children's TV and radio comedy shows, and graduated with an MA in Screenwriting at the London College of Communication. He has been a winner if a BBC Radio scriptwriting competition and aslo been nominated for the TAPS Writer of the Year Award. He has recently completed an adult comedy-drama script, HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS, and is keen to expand his writing experience in this area. |

THE THREE OF US 10 minute short comedy film in development with director Simon Neal of Another Film Company. The script was a runner up with commendation in Marchmont Films Short Film Script Competition and the British Short Screenplay Competition. Judges of the latter included Kenneth Branagh, Michael Kuhn, Nik Powell and Natascha Wharton. |

2002 - Developed interactive fictional ideas with US company MVmax. Wrote 5 episodes of children's series THE ARK for Granada. Worked on scripts of animated series ADVENTURERS: MASTERS OF TIME for Greenlight Media and Cosgrove Hall. Pre-school series idea optioned by Granada Kids (co-written with Andy Bernhardt). Wrote animated short stories for FIMBLES/THE ROLY MO SHOW the BAFTA nominated pre-school series from Novel Entertainment. 2001 - Undertook both structural and polishing work for Aardman's feature TORTOISE VS HARE. Worked with Aardman to develop characters and a pilot series of internet animations. Developed an animated children's series for Varga. 2000 - Commissioned by the BBC Animation Unit to write a treatment for Cosgrove Hall project MUNGIE. Wrote/co-wrote nine episodes of series 2 of cult animated series REX THE RUNT for Aardman. 'Pick of the Day' Observer. 1999 - Oroginal half-hour drama script DEAR GOD commissioned by BBC Films. 1998 - Nominated for the TAPS writer of the year award for sit-com MY PERFECT COUSIN (showcased starring Tony Robinson). 1994 - Wrote one liners for BBC Radio 4 series WEEK ENDING. |
