From 1990 to 2000 Liz worked as a stand up comic at clubs across the UK and at festivals in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leicester and Cardiff. She has performed stand up on radio on The Treatment (Radio 4), Stand Up (Radio 2), and on TV on 5's Company (Channel 5), The Warehouse (Carlton), Comedy Net.Com (Digital TV). | Liz has worked as a radio producer for the last 6 years. She has preduced a huge range of projects but specializes in comedy drama. Her production of the comedy play 'Killing Maestros' by Chris William Hill won the Tinniswood Award for best radio comedy and the BBC Radio and Music award for best script. Recent work includes three sereis of R4's hit show 'Ladies of Letters' by Carole Hayman and Lou Wakefield; David Nobb's R4 play 'Three Large Beers' and two series of the critically acclaimed R4 comedy 'Tomorrow Today!' by Chris William Hill. |
